Returns Policy

Due to the current situation with Covid-19 and in an effort to help keep our customers safe and healthy Show Me Your Mumu will be extending our Return Policy to 60 Days from the date of delivery. Please click here to contact customer service if you have any concerns or questions.   

  • 1. To qualify for a refund, your return must be made within 60 Days of the delivery date. Return attempts after this 60 day period will not be accepted.
  • 2. All Sale Items, jewelry purchases and Mumu Finds are Final Sale
  • 3. Items must have all tags attached and in its original packaging
  • 4. Items must not be worn, altered, washed and free of any make-up, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or floor debris
  • 5. Items returned in poor condition will be returned to the customer
  • 6. We currently do not offer exchanges
